2) PRICES

The sales prices indicated on the website https://bigboxscooter.com are in euros but do not include delivery charges (transport, packaging, and customs clearance). Any delivery charges are indicated to the User before order confirmation and are billed at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products. 4) DELIVERY METHOD

Ownership of the goods sold is transferred to the buyer as soon as the parties agree on the goods and the price.

4.1) DELIVERY ZONES AND SHIPPING COSTS:

Products purchased on the Site may be delivered worldwide: France (Metropolitan and Overseas Departments and Territories) and internationally (Europe, America, Asia, Africa).

Free delivery is offered for the purchase of one BIG BOX (Quantity: 1) for Users whose delivery address is in Europe (excluding the United Kingdom and Switzerland).

The Site automatically calculates delivery costs (subject to French VAT) based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.

 

4.2) DELIVERY TIMES DELIVERY

    4.4) SPECIAL CASE OF DELIVERY

    5) SECURE PAYMENT


    5.1) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

    5.2) INVOICING

    For each Product sale, the Buyer will be able to access their invoice, which will be:

    • sent by email to the Buyer upon confirmation of their Order.
    • For deliveries outside mainland France, the provisions of the French General Tax Code relating to VAT apply.

    6) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK

    You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (as provided for in Article L 121-20-12 of the French Consumer Code) to return any product that does not meet your expectations. This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty. You may return the product within this period, along with your invoice.

    We ask that you return the merchandise by registered or tracked mail and that you insure the shipment with the carrier for the market value of the products.

    This is particularly necessary in the event of theft or loss of this merchandise by their services.
